I've been saying that for decades.
As long as healthcare costs are high, health insurance costs will be high. Insurance companies aren’t in business to lose money.
For years, most people didn’t have insurance, so in WWII, the gubmint put restrictions on raising wages to keep employees in war related industries. Business people knowing that they couldn’t offer higher wages started offering healthcare as a perk.
