That sounds like expendable income has dropped in the US. I’m not sure what Thailand is going to do about that. Nobody in Asia can afford those bikes, and nobody in the US is going to buy a Harley made in Thailand.
Or Mexico. Or Canada.
Moving their manufacturing out of the USA would be instant suicide. We already have more than enough rice rockets.

You are right about that. The number ONE reason for buying a Harley has always been that it was Made in The USA.
I LOVE all the People here bashing Harley. They either can not afford one, or are SCARED TO DEATH of the people that ride them. I am sixty-five years old, do not own a car, been riding since 1975, rode a lot of rice burners for 15 years. NONE of them compared to Harley. I own THREE Harleys. But then if I had to Explain....
