If Congress passes ONE PART OF HEALTHCARE AT A TIME we (the people) can stop the process of 'feeding special interest' by cash starved members of Congress. Congressmen should be working for the people - NOT for the special interest. Voting on ONE part of HealtCare at time puts the kibosh on this type of corruption.
