According to Jim, "We currently have a little less than 700 monthlies at an average of $18 per month each. If my math is correct, if we could get 1600 monthly donors at that same average, we wouldn’t need to do fundraisers at all."

I would strongly encourage more FReepers to sign up for automatic monthly donations. It takes the pressure off the FReeper (no longer having to remember each month) and it takes pressure off Jim and the team, knowing the financial commitments are in place to keep our wonderful site operational.
