Parts of what was forced over as Obamacare were written into other laws passed in the same period in order to make it harder to wipe it all out. One simple law needs to be passed that mandates total removal of the government from any facet of medicine and insurance beyond the Constitutional mandate to guarantee weights and measures.

Were that to be done we would see Medical care become accessible to almost all as doctors who have left medicine or have left American jurisdiction for offshore practice return and the best and brightest again go wholesale into medicine.
