I’d say she ran after the squad car after it drove past the back of her house north to south. She was 450 feet away from her house where the shooting occurred.

And since they were there in response to a possible rape I would think if they saw a female running towards them they should have perceived her as the possible victim

I don’t think they saw her until she appeared at the window, and Noor may not have been able to tell it was a woman. Most likely she approached the car from behind since that’s where her house was in relation to the car.
