Send a few more up to Saratoga Springs, the mayor there won’t let her city officers participate in enforcing the law when it comes to illegals in the city.

Good idea. Pressure a few of the smaller cities, since they don't have the resources the bigger cities have. Indict the Mayor and City Council. Even if nothing ever comes of it (they cave in), it should scare the yell out of the weak sisters, further isolating/identifying the holdouts for increased enforcement.
