Trump can tweet niceties all he wants. Not only is he bound legally to be above the fray, that is his role as President. Quite frankly, that is what I expect him to do. The role of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States, the Attorney General, is to enforce the law and uphold justice.

Moreover, Trump cannot order investigations, or halt them. You know this. Even when Trump casually mentioned to that slime ball Comey that General Flynn, a highly decorated officer, was a "good guy", the press and the Democrats wanted him crucified for it.

No, it is up to Jeff Sessions to uphold the law, and he flat out refuses to do so.

Trump knows the Clintons are corrupt as any politicians in history. He told Hillary she should be in jail at the debates. He isn't stupid. He knows their crimes. And for someone as savvy as he is, I highly doubt he was influenced by Chelsea, a.k.a: "The Clinton Foundation Illegally Paid for My $3.5 Million Dollar Wedding."

Moreover, Trump is livid at Sessions (still) for his cowardly recusal.

Sessions gave up the authority of being Attorney General only weeks into Trump's Presidency, and when he did so, Sessions crossed the Rubicon. He can never be an effective Attorney General.

He must go.

Yet Sessions isn’t nearly as bad as most of his Jivanka-recommended hires: Priebus, McMaster, Powell, etc.
