I stopped going there years ago when a computer/TV/AV cable that should cost no more than $5 is sold by Best Buy for $39.95. Every retailer jacks their cable prices, even Walmart. But Best Buy is the Worst of all.

I now buy all my cables on line from monoprice.com for about 1/10 the price of retail stores. Amazon and Ebay are also good choices for cables and connectors.

Yep they are always pushing their Monster cables on uninformed newbies for $39.99 and up. The same cables that cost less than $10 most anywhere ele and less than $5.00 online.

And don’t get me started on the magazine subscriptions and extended warranties they pushed on you at checkout making their checks out the slowest in the history of retail!
