LOL, Geez, you make it sound as if all anyone has to do to get in this country is march into an embassy and say, “I want a Visa” and all is swell and they jump on the next plane.
No matter who applies they MUST and WILL be thoroughly vetted before a visa is issued and in case you didn’t know it a Visa is not permission to enter the USA but only to travel here. They can be refused entry if there is cause after they leave the plane/boat and sent back home.

Those folks that you saw at the airport running to get free Medicaid Etc are not the ones I am speaking of. What I was saying was that it isn’t just as easy as going down to an embassy in foreign country and saying I want to go to America and then jumping on a plane and going after the hand you a Visa. Everyone must be vetted before they get the visa and it is a long process. The fact that this judge in Hawaii has said that he believes that grandparents Etc should be allowed does not mean that a grandparent of someone in this country can rush to the airport and jump on a plane. I don’t know where you ever got that idea.
