I am not sure how I feel about this law. I am definitely pro-life, but I can imagine circumstances where the father is nothing more than a sperm donor.
I’d agree with it, I suppose, if the father were legally obligated to take care of the little one, pay for clothing, school, food, etc. Perhaps even get up at night when the baby cries?

You could impugn the character of the mother just as easily as you do the father if you wanted to.
The fact is that fathers are fathers from conception forward just as mothers are mothers from conception forward.
Neither should be preemptively demeaned on the basis of stereotypes much less stripped of the legal right to protect their children’s lives between conception and birth.
