I well remember the case in which Rush Limbaugh was accused of "structuring" in his financial dealings during the Clinton Administration, and a FReeper made a clever analogy about staying just below the speed limit being another form of "structuring," and asking if that should be illegal.

Rush picked it up and repeated it on the air within about twenty seconds of it's being posted.

He definitely keeps track of what's said here, in real time during his show. There are others also, as I'm sure you are aware.

Agreed - It has been pretty evident for a long time that Rush gets a lot of his material from here. Which, frankly, is a good thing.
