If true, this is wonderful. Was my preference from the start, including the 2-year delay. Puts the election in the middle. What's the plan during the 2 year delay? Does Obamacare continue unchanged?

The big change is that the subsidies to insurance companies will be authorized by law. Heretofore they have been paid illegally.
