Most of these dysfunctional cities are ruled by Dems and their insider political elite cronies who thrive and get rich on government corruption and incompetence.
Oakland is a sewer, a cesspool, a human garbage dump, the seventh circle of Hell, a congeries of dung beetles, home of many Luddite generations, smellier than Mosul. And I should know, I was born there. And left. Thank God!
