I’ve sat in too darn many hospital waiting rooms and beside too many ICU beds not to wish John McCain a full recovery.
But I still want him to retire right now.
May he have a speedy recovery and retire soon and go write a book or whatever.
You are saying what I’m thinking. Spent 6 days in CCU with a relative who died last month - don’t wish ill health on anyone.
BUT I have been praying that McCain would retire soon, leaving the reason(s) for retirement up to God, in his wisdom, to determine. McCain is so toxic as a faux Republican & doubly toxic to Trump’s presidency because he’s so beloved/used by the enemedia - he needs to go home & stay there.
He should step down now. AZ has a Rep Gov so at least we would get a Republican Senator.
