McConnell delays action on health care after McCain surgery

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell R-Ky announced Saturday that he was delaying consideration of health care legislation in light of Sen. John McCain’s absence from recent surgery.

McCon+nell released a statement on Saturday night saying that he was deferring action on the measure as McCain recovers at his home in Arizona. "While John is recovering, the Senate will continue our work on legislative items and nominations, and will defer consideration of the Better Care Act," McConnell said.

Screw McCain. He and ALL reps should be covered by obamacare and only by obamacare. Until the reps are personally subjected to the costs and the service levels of the requirements they establish, they will have zero interest in making meaningful corrections.

Really??? You can’t make this stuff up.

Most people are looking at the politics while the really interesting, underlying story is that, according to the Daily Mail, the surgery was a "crainiotomy" to remove a 2" blood clot above his left eye. That means the clot was within McCain's skull and the surgeons had to cut into his skull to remove it. Could this be like all of the fake news articles surrounding Teddy Kennedy's terminal brain cancer that tried to hide how serious the unerlying condition was??
