Unemployment in the "deplorable" Deer Hunter states: Pennsylvania 5.0%; Ohio 4.9%; West Virginia - 4.5%; Michigan 4.2%, Indiana 3.2%; Wisconsin, 3.1%. (Average 4.15%)

Yeah, California Boomin' -- considering their business environment, $15 minimum wage, spending and debt is Rosy Scenario on marijuana.

But we have a different picture if we look at U-6 unemployment numbers.

California U-6 is 11.1%

Only Alaska 12.9%, Nevada 11.9% and New Mexico 13.0% are worse.
