The most attacks (398) occurred in the London Borough of Newham, which is 32% Muslim at the time of the 2011 census. Compare that to the national average of 4.8%, and the London average of 12%.
The second-most (134) occurred in Barking & Dagenham. In 2011, the Muslim population was 13.7%.
The third-most (84) were in Tower Hamlets: 38% Muslim, according to the same census.

It just makes sense that it is Muslims and they attack those w/o face and head covering.
