My guess is that Comey and his pals at the FBI are coordinating the leaks (still). They probably have a whole queue of similar "bombshells" lined up to release one by one in order to keep the MSM buzz going.

This is my theory and I also think the deep state FBI surveillance is ongoing to this moment; I have said this for months now. The same method that the deep state/Comey FBI was using to spy on the Trump campaign is probably still set up and is currently being used to spy on the Trump Administration.
This where the leaks are coming from.
