Obama would use twenty vocalized pauses within a minute conversation. Trump virtually never does. You don’t hear him say, “Ahhhh, errr, ahhhh” etc.
No Trump just repeats verbs and sentences all the time to buy time while he's thinking. He is repetitive. He is very, very, very repetitive. :-)
Look, people all have their own quirks. I'm less concerned with that minutiae and more concerned about what gets done.
