Anyway, here is the deal: If the polar ice caps are ice free in 2030, the United States will pledge $10 trillion in global warming ‘aid’ to injured countries. On the other hand, if they are not, the United States gets sovereign title to the oil fields, mineral resources and prime agricultural land of the signatory nations. Put up or shut the f - up.
