I have some sympathy for “the good old days”...but the reason why such “behavioral corrections processing” went away was because many of the “facilitators” went way beyond what they should have done and sometimes people were killed or permanently injured. If there was a way to administer such “ needed corrections” without the “facilitators” going full bore sadist, I’d be all for it..
