I had the barbecued cabrito, and one of my friends had the baked cabrito, but we freely sampled each other's plate. Both were exceptional.

Once you get away from tacos, enchiladas and burritos, Mexican cuisine gets interesting.

Mexico has a deep knowledge of pit roasting things to perfection.

Barbacoa comes to mind.

We had a place here that put the Steer scull on top of the finished product (truth in advertising) and it was delicious LOL
