New details are emerging in the arrest of actor Shia LaBeouf in Savannah.

Advertisement Newly released police body camera video shows LaBeouf shouting profanities at officers while being arrested on July 8th.

LaBeouf was arrested by Savannah-Chatham Metro Police around 4:00 a.m. after police say he ran from them after failing to comply with their request to leave the area near Wild Wings Café in City Market.

In a newly released police report, the responding officer was standing in front of Wild Wings Café around 4 a.m., speaking with some people he knew. The officer says that's when LaBeouf came over to them asking for a cigarette. When they told LaBeouf they couldn't help him, the officer says LaBeouf looked at him and asked "What (expletive) badge are you wearing?"

The report goes on to say that the officer then asked LaBeouf to leave the area multiple times because of his behavior, but that the actor became increasingly agitated, shouting profanities at the officer.

The officer then writes that LaBeouf "started coming towards me in a aggressive manner." The report says that at that point, the officer grabbed his arm to put the actor in handcuffs at which point, according to the report, LaBeouf said, "you are not arresting me (expletive)" as he ran toward the Andaz Hotel.

When the officer arrived at the hotel and asked security about his whereabouts, the report says that LaBeouf came out from hiding in a corner.

That's when LaBeouf was arrested. Following the arrest, the officer says that LaBeouf continued to be belligerent toward him and the other responding officers.

He's been charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public intoxication.

On 07/08/2017@ 0400Hrs. as I was leaving Wild Wings Cafe I was standing out in front of the restaurant talking to some parents that I know from some of my students. As we were standing there W/M Shia LaBeouf came over,and ask B/F Tiffany Utley if she had a cigarette and she told him no. He then ask me if I had a cigarette and I told him that I did not smoke. So at that point He ask me "What f###in badge are you wearing?" I told him that I was a police officer and ask him to leave the area because he had started using profanity in front of some children that was sitting there with their parents.

At that point Mr. LaBeouf looked at me and said "F##k you you ain't s##t" I said to him goodnight sir good night Please leave. He said at that point "shut up b###h you work for me I am a tax payer f##k you you ain't going to do s##t". Again I ask Mr. LaBeouf to leave and he stated "F##k you b###h I pay you you sorry mutha f###er" he started coming towards me in a aggressive manner. I then called for a extra unit because at that point he was getting more aggressive with me.

I would like to know, though, what kind of parents have their “children” out in public at 4 am??? That is crazy. But it just adds to the depravity of Shia LaBeouf that minors were present.
