I’ve noticed a recent trend, whenever there is a violent crime and offender on the run - the news will say to be ‘on the look out for a man in green pants and a yellow shirt with an energy drink logo on it, a scar above his right eye, etc....but no race.
When you hear hooves, think horse, not zebra. Assume a priori probabilities.
