When “Mormon Mafia” was researched it explained that when CIA was originated they hired many young Mormons because they had served overseas with language knowledge Because of their experience they rose in position within the organization and formed a strong influencial group within the group and were referred to as Mormon Mafia. Name has been used for other groups too
