I get the feeling people are tired of all the money, attitudes, drama, and scandals in pro sports.

Most guys wonder why some yahoo who just happened to be born with a certain natural talent for running or hitting a ball with a stick should get paid 10’s of millions of dollar to play a game they pay money to play on the local Thursday night league.

One group never gets tired of watching one sport though. Golfers. Can’t stand to watch it personally. Except for the highlights I find watching grass grow to much more entertaining and yes, I did try playing it when I was in my twenties, and didn’t see the draw then either. To each their own. I think playing any sport is far more interesting than watching it being played though.

Somebody tell Colin that his career is “Kaput”.

He’s the Michael Sam of the Left, the Robert Griffin III of the disappointed, and the Michael Vick of the Kennel Society.

This is unexpected. Who would have guessed that insulting our flag, our anthem, our country, and our ancestors (many of whom died defending America) would be bad for business?

“Overexposure, underexcitement, and political blight”

you nailed it.

not to mention it seems like coaching and rosters turn over almost completely every year, so the team you pull for one year isn’t really the same team the next year. I guess one could add that to the “underexcitement” category, though.
