She misrepresented the amount of pledges used to collateralize the prospective loan the college applied for to buy the subject property.
eg;
On date “X” the total amount of pledges amounted to “Y”
On date “Z” (”Z” not differing appreciably from date “X”, in other words, “Z” was pretty near “X”) she filled in a blank on a loan application stating that those pledges amounted to “Z” where “Z” = about 3 times “Y”.
Bank fraud.
