Unfortunately that young marine will still feel the wrath of the squadron SgtMaj. Just sayin’. For what? He acted properly. Had he chased the cover down himself he would definitely be in trouble.

No he won’t. His cover was blown off by the wind. That young Marine did exactly what he was supposed to do. He knows he has to remain at the position of a tendon and he can retrieve his cover once the President is on board.
