All Government ‘Charity’ is Unconstitutional, Says Author of U.S. Constitution

As only a handful of constitutional conservatives, like Ted Cruz , Mike Lee , Rand Paul , argue for the full repeal of Obamacare, something that was promised by all Republicans for seven years, and as Democrats have no answers for disastrous Obamacare other than more government control — what destroyed the health insurance marketplace in America in the first place and caused prices and deductibles to unnecessarily skyrocket — we should be reminded that ALL involvement of the federal government in the healthcare business in any form or fashion, or redistribution schemes pushed on taxpayers under the guise of “charity,” are highly unconstitutional and therefore illegal.

Moreover, the very same legislators in either political party, who raise their right hand, taking an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, are instantly violating same oath by pushing any involvement in healthcare, whether it be Obamacare, Hillarycare, Trumpcare, or any other do-gooder vote-buying scheme which entails money being taken from the pockets of one taxpayer who earned it and “redistributed” to someone else who didn’t earn it.

But don’t take my word for it. Take the words of the U.S. Constitution and the interpretation of those words by the Founding Father who wrote those words so that there is nothing arguable. After all, who better to ask what he meant by his writings than the person who actually wrote them, correct?

How about they repeal obamacare first, then instead of all these gimme programs they fight over like Medicaid, just build x amount of free clinics and have interns with some experienced doctors Staff them and have people who really cannot afford medical help go to these clinics...
But, there must also be some repayment as in like giving assistance back to the clinics by physical labor (cleaning, stocking, assisting where needed)...like the old barter system...when did we get away from that idea?

Congress has the power to grant patents on drugs under Article I, Section 8.

Patents make drugs expensive.

If somebody with a pre-existing condition needs an expensive drug, “insurance” companies don’t want to cover that person.

Patents create a “need” justifying “proper” federal government action to pay for expensive Article I, Section 8 patented drugs. The Supreme Court allows Congress to decide what is proper under the “necessary and proper” supplemental power to the enumerated powers.

The “need” doesn’t have to that of the federal government itself, since no adjective precedes “need” in Article I, Section 8.

Combine the Founders' ideas, as cited in the following essay, with the "Farmer's" understanding, as stated in the Congressman Davy Crockett story for a bit of clarity on the subject of "charitable" "redistribution" of the earnings of one citizen for the benefit of others:

Their guiding principle was that people come together to form governments in order to SECURE their rights to property – not to create an entity which will, itself, “take from the mouths of labor the bread it has earned.” What was wrong for individual citizens to do to one another, they believed, was equally wrong for government to do to them.

The right to own property and to keep the rewards of individual labor opened the floodgates of progress for the benefit of the entire human race. Millions have fled other countries to participate in the Miracle of America.

The writer has stated his facts, which show just how illiterate our congressional critters (and SC Judges) are in regards to understanding our Constitution. Either they deliberately fail to understand, or they attempt to take power from WTP by raising their right hand and lie when taking an oath. They are ALL failures.
