The court also separately ruled that Rosebrock was not guilty of violating federal law by allegedly displaying two four-by-six inch American Flags above a VA fence on Memorial Day, May 30, 2016.

Put Magistrate Judge Steve Kim on the 9th circuit COA. A man who actually upholds the law in the face of collectivists and determines that lawful protest against the state is constitutional? In LA? Who could have imagined such at thing.
