What was “error filled” about the tweet?
Why is it that if the FBI wants something I have or that General Motors has the FBI gets it but if it wants something from the DNC and the DNC says no the FBI seemingly just has to say,”oh well, we tried?”

The error occurs with the Amazon Washington Post. The FBI “requested” the server when they became “aware” of so-called Russian hacks.
I suspect the server would not be turned over for a number of reasons, the main one being that the “hacks” likely originated with the DNC (using the spyware to make them appear that they’re from Russia). There’s also a good chance that lots of other corruption could have been discovered, including child porn (if you thinks there’s anything behind the rumours). I also wonder if there was discussion of Seth Rich, which would have looked very incriminating.
So much to protect, so little time....they couldn’t possibly have turned them over.
Podesta was not head of the DNC, that was Debbie Wassername
Podesta claims he had not authority to release the server, which was probably true. But he could have had a lot of influence over NOT releasing it.
