I am for busting up the 9th Circuit Court. It’s a Ship of Fools that continues to push a far left made up way of decision making. And they have a left wing agenda which is the reason that they get overturned as much as the do by the SC.

Pure politics; not based on law at all. Why do you say that? The 9th Circuit is legally bound by the Supreme Court decision and even they are smart enough not to play around with that.

For many years it has done so regarding Habeus Corpus even though it knew SCOTUS would summarily and unanimously reverse. In this case, the Ninth Circuit decided it wasn't worth the trouble.
