Yeah, the 9th Circus was fine with kicking President Trump in the teeth, but doing it to the Supreme Court, their own peers higher up the chain, is another thing entirely.

Pure politics; not based on law at all.

I am for busting up the 9th Circuit Court. It’s a Ship of Fools that continues to push a far left made up way of decision making. And they have a left wing agenda which is the reason that they get overturned as much as the do by the SC.

Why do you say that? The 9th Circuit is legally bound by the Supreme Court decision and even they are smart enough not to play around with that.

The Ninth Circuit doesn't mind giving the finger to SCOTUS. For many years it has done so regarding Habeus Corpus even though it knew SCOTUS would summarily and unanimously reverse. In this case, the Ninth Circuit decided it wasn't worth the trouble.
