Acknowledging that Senate Republicans may not be able to pass their ObamaCare repeal legislation, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is warning that action will then have to be taken to stabilize insurance markets.

“If my side is unable to agree on an adequate replacement, then some kind of action with regard to private health insurance markets must occur,” McConnell said at a Rotary Club meeting in Kentucky on Thursday, according to multiple reports.

Republicans are trying to move legislation through the Senate that would repeal and replace ObamaCare, but they face opposition from within their own party.

Once I wrote both my Senators and flat out told them to pass Trump’s Bills or they will be voted out of office by millions of Trump supporters they got on board.

Only Congress can make or change laws. The Fed Gov cannot despite Obama, who usurped power and made exec orders he never had the authority to make.

Indeed. Congress legislated the act without constitutional authority. Obama signed it into law without being a citizen of the United States. And the Supreme Court upheld it in direct violation of the Constitution.

“Obamacare” has never been legitimate law. All branches of the federal government and all the states participated in perpetrating this treasonous act. It exists and oppresses under the color of law. And the only legitimate remedy to it is immediate repeal.

And yet the Republicans, who control Congress and the White House, dither and bicker. They do so despite their clear ability to and clear instruction from The People to repeal Obamacare. And they do so only because they desire to retain their unconstitutional power expansion by “replacing” Obamacare, a power clearly reserved by the states.

That too, is treason!

They first must repeal Obamacare- say by FY2018 or Oct 1,2017 to most of us. Then let the damn free market work like it did before. Let them have their commie Medicaid, but; make each state pay for it’s citizens. Best to let the damn states decide who they want on welfare/ their own Medicaid. I believe the FEDS need to stay out of all but the VA, MEDICARE, and TRICARE.

McConnell’s Facebook site. HE CONTROLS THE COMMITTEE SEATS!!!! Any competent Congressional leader KNOWS how to USE that to TWIST ARMS - right out of the sockets if certain people don’t cooperate.

This is BOGUS.
