Its not about the amount of police are on the street, it about a distinct culture hell bent for leather to commit suicide.
Legal CCW cannot stop this, it can only give you a better margin of safety. Staying out of Indian country is a much better winning mindset.

Talk about hypocrisy and realpolitik. Chicago controlled by Democrats witnesses over 3,000 mostly young minorities killed over the past eight years during the Obama administration and the MSM says and investigates nothing. Soon however they will be blaming Trump for his “indifference”.

They just need enough gun laws that criminals will feel safe robbing and raping without having to shoot. Then the criminals will go about their business without the fear that leads to shooting their victims. To liberals, that is a desirable outcome.
