"The judge in the case agreed to allow Hall supervised visitation with the child at the hospital. Naomi Hall was at the hearing to support her husband, but did not comment on the case."

How does this add up? BOTH these "people" should be rotting behind bars, not just the deadbeat stepdad.

No he is a stepdad and not legally the parent unles he has adopted him. Sounds like he did not.

Consider the fact the childs mother is allowing the kid to get this way. If the man tries to interfere she can call police on him becaue the boy isnt his son.
