If AT&T buys Time-Warner including CNN, then I’ll dump AT&T. I don’t want any part of CNN, and I’m sure many many others will also dump AT&T.

IMHO, both AT&T and Time-Warner are too big now.

IMHO, we should be discussing “trust-busting” — not competition-stifling “mergers”.

CNN would be a very toxic asset that AT&T doesn’t need. Time to re-negotiate the deal with TW.

“I’m sure many many others will also dump AT&T.”

We’ve been on the verge for a few months now. This would be the trigger to finally pull the plug.

I live on a farm in the county. AT&T is the only ISP out here. I bundle phone, internet and TV with them. They provide excellent service to me.

I'll keep them because AT&T or the marketplace will take care of CNN eventually. I don't control that. But I am not arbitrarily dumping AT&T because they buy Time Warner. They may end up selling off CNN in the deal or afterwards if the deal even goes through.

I don't even watch CNN but I do access Free Republic via AT&T. No brainer to keep them.
