You may be right, even though his invention dates back to his discovery at the age of 14.
We had email at General Electric Information Services in July of 1981. It was called GEmail. We had to submit our weekly reports on it.
A British engineer named Roger something and another fellow wrote it in Fortran over a “very beery weekend”. It contained a complete encryption system.
Prior to that, we opened a group file and added our comments, sort of a perpetual blog.
FYI, GE invented time sharing (cloud computing) and sold the hardware business to Honeywell. GEISCO was the software and services segment and was retained.
We operated in 23 time zones and ran the Fed Wire, as well as most multinational corporate business.
Great. Asian Indians are maybe more sensitive to prejudice which still exists in many places. But their culture is one of learning, work, and the solid virtues that made America great.
In fact, Asian Indians and Chinese culture are a natural match to traditional Self-Reliance. It’s summertime and when I bring my laptop to work at the local library in Georgia, I frequently see a high percentage of Chinese and Indian kids there.
Make America Great Again. Yes, we need 100% Asian Indians, and no Fake Indians.
Fauxcahotas is shaking in her moccasins right now because Shiva is a worthy and cunning opponent.
Did you notice she spent the 4th of July in Afghanistan with McLame and Linda? I guess that trio can’t stand the fireworks and MAGA celebrations.
“How could you have if the protocols werent developed until the 80s”
Because the protocols were developed in the 60’s and 70’s.

Apparently Ayyadurai’s claim to have invented email is somewhat controvesial, see, for example
http://www.sigcis.org/ayyadurai
Given that, he’s an ironic foil to Fauxcahantas. I imagine they’ll get into debates about who’s more fake.
If 80% of the posts here are on whether he did or whether he didn’t invent email then why should we expect the campaign to be any different. Surely there is a conservative somewhere in Massachusetts who could run against Warren without all this baggage?
This man appears to be neither Republican nor Democrat but a pragmatist. So is Trump. The two should be able to work together real well.
I thought it was John Postel.

He invented the RFC process.
His name is on the SMTP RFC, 821.
