That is coercion in the second degree. They are definitely guilty of that. It is a misdemeanor . They may also be guilty of coercion in the first degree which is a class D felony. Under first degree,

A person is guilty of coercion in the first degree when he or she commits the crime of coercion in the second degree, and when:

1. He or she commits such crime by instilling in the victim a fear that he or she will cause physical injury to a person or cause damage to property.

One could argue that by releasing his name could cause physical injury to him since there were many angry comments against him by the left ( possibly some death threats )
