Coming from Brooklyn, the one thing I wanted in my hot dogs was that “snap” when you bit into ‘em. The skinless dogs just aren’t the same to me.

The skinless dogs just aren’t the same to me.Going to a real Nathan's Famous restaurant, you'll get the natural casings on the franks. Unfortunately, I've never been able to find them in the retail packages they sell in grocery stores.
They're still delicious though!
