A military judge ruled that the charge of endangering service members' lives can be used against Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl at his upcoming trial.
According to the Associated Press, Col. Jeffery Nance reasoned that since some service members had been wounded in firefights on missions looking for Bergdahl, they would've been fine if he hadn't left his post in the first place.
The official charge of misbehavior before the enemy carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.

Yeah. This guy should have been left there (Afghanistan) One way or another.
Short article worth reading. A Navy SEAL and an Army National Guard Sgt. First Class are mentioned in the article as receiving career ending wounds searching for Bergdahl.
Drop that dude in the middle of a troop of Hyenas....
Here’s an idea. Hold the trial in the Rose Garden.
Finally some semblance of sanity in this case. Obama’s smug, in-your-face actions were a disgrace to the men who were tasked with saving this traitor, and their families.
Put this in the WIN column.
A fair and thorough jury.
The islam loving POS needs to go away to prison and eat their goat roping filth until dead. See Ya, don’t wanna be ya.
Ugly filth bred by leftist scum.
.....willing to wager...some how,some way,
Odungo will become part of the discussion on
As he should.
Having sat through a number of Court Martials I can tell you that when dealing with a jury of military officers it all comes down to just the facts. They don’t care about how you felt or how you were raised or anything. You either did it or you didn’t.
im on board
You know, when you think about it, this kid could be in serious trouble. Ernie SLovick levels of trouble...
Call susan Rice as a character witness since she said Bergdahl “served with distinction.”
Justice, sweet Justice!
Not Over till the POS faces the Music and is actually Incarcerated with some of my favorite Marines.
(long story but I spent 2 days in Marine Custody and it ain’t fun... did make it easier for me to shave our Squadron Logo on their Mascot Bulldog though)
