Am I the only one who finds it hard to believe that a member of the U.S. House would support a city that violates federal laws?

We used to have to pass amendments to ban stuff like booze.... funny how the progressive mindset weasel worded their way around the constitution in order to ban wacky weed about 30 years later, talk about your reefer madness....
