Howdy, PRO!

Glad you chimed in! I posted earlier, then realized the thumps I was hearing outside were fireworks and I bolted out to watch them from the hill across the road. Got back and couldn’t get beyond the first post in the thread. GRRRRRR!!!

Herding cats ain’t easy, that I can tell ya. LOL! But no herding required today. They wanted to come in because they don’t like thunder. But they still made me carry them inside, one by one, from the porch. They have me trained well. :-)

I’d forgotten about the puppy. Sounds like he doesn’t mind hot weather too much since he runs so much. Is he old enough to not trip over things or is he still young enough to fall over his own feet? They crack me up when they do that.

Hot here when it wasn’t raining, and REALLY muggy. Tomorrow will be a repeat of today so no plans for any outdoor activities here.

Oh, the little guy runs like a maniac and then stumbles, tripping over his own paws and goes face first into the grass, but gets right up and continues the race to nowhere.

The other 2 dogs watch his antics and have pretty much figured he's here to stay so they kind of accept him.

It's a hoot to watch the little guy run amok.
