Former Hillary Clinton presidential campaign manager Robby Mook dug up an old excuse for why Clinton lost the 2016 presidential election late Thursday on Twitter: the Russians.
Mook took advantage of the national debate of President Donald Trumps handling of MSNBCs Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski in a Thursday tweetstorm, to bring up his old argument that officials with the presidents campaign colluded with Russian leadership.
Good people in both parties agree: politics is a rough business, but its never ok to team up with foreign criminals to gain an advantage, Mook wrote in his tweet, before adding an emoji of the American flag.

They have to keep up the Russia, Russia, Russia stuff because they don’t want anyone looking for the real leak if it wasn’t a hack.

Nobody gets it? All this Trump Russia, small hands, pending divorce, etc.etc. is nothing but SMOKE! Its there to get you off the actual things that are succeeding. The media is pulling the public strings and most people are too stupid to see it. We have an over abundance of media cry babies, who are all working on an agenda that only suits them and their brain dead supporters. This is the yellow press, trying to convince you there is a great danger, and they don’t care how distructful they are, so long as their point, the only truthful point to them, is given to you in a convincing manner. They are using your emotions, they aren’t concerned about your thoughts. Yellow press, doing what is necessary, at all costs for political change.
Mook the kook.
Mook does it in the butt.
Yeah, Putin wanted the price of oil to drop, that way instead of 20 big black SUV motorcade he could drive up by himself in a Lada!
In other calls with advisers and political surrogates in; the days after the election, Hillary declined to take responsibility for her own loss. "She's not being particularly self-reflective," said one longtime ally who was on calls with her shortly after the election. Instead, Hillary kept pointing her finger at Comey and Russia. "She wants to make sure all these narratives get spun the right way," this person said.
The strategy had been set within twenty-four hours of her concession speech. Mook and Podesta assembled her communications team at the Brooklyn headquarters to engineer the case that the election wasn't entirely on the up-and-up. For a couple of hours, with Shake Shack containers littering the room, they went over the script they would pitch to the press and the public. Already, Russian hacking was the centerpiece of the argument.
There's actually quite a bit more, and none of it flattering. Highly recommend the book.
Well, she can’t blame the Rodham family dog anymore.
Does anybody else ever remember, months after a presidential election, where the losing candidate and henchmen, keep coming out to make excuses for their election loss?
This ongoing magical mystery tour of Hillary and her henchmen, continually coming out, making excuses and coming up with reason after reason why the election was lost, gets tiresome, to me anyway, in my opinion.
We had a free and fair election, and there was a winning candidate, and a losing candidate. That’s what elections are about, about making choices among candidates for office, and other things such as ballot initiatives or referendums put to the voters.
This gets so tiresome. yes, if this had happened, or that had happened, if circumstances had been different, then Hillary could well have won that election. They are right, if things had gone down differently, Hillary would have won. but so what? How long are we going to hear about, if only this or that had happened differently, Hillary would be president today? Does anyone really care at this point??
It’s over. Trump has gone on to Mikanjoe. Ain’t no more juice in !Russia!.
They are projecting onto Trump what their side is guilty of.
