Yup.... the life span of a panel is aprox 25 yrs so before he recoups his cost he will be replacing the panels with new and pay to get rid of the old.
So does he do them all at one time or wait for them to go 1 at a time and up his maint cost?
Don’t make much sense do it?
But I'm retired now and live in Florida. I don't go out of my way to commiserate with liberals anymore. So I have no idea.
