We quit keeping the Constitution as the Law of the Land over a hundred years ago.

So should conservatives just stop talking about it?

Feel free it has worked out well so far, at least for the ones that want it destroyed in place. I fear it will require a patriotic tyrant to restore it because the courts are so corrupt and the congress that is suppose to protect us from them seem to be in cahoots with the corrupt courts.

Why do you think you have a triple barrel attack on this President? Who advised him to knuckle under to those judges that clearly took power he legitimately held away from him? I said he should have defied them from the beginning, make them take it to the Supreme Court and try to enforce their order. Note that the Court only seemed to affirm his power but in reality infringed his power, that was not a win.

If a President ca't enforce the Current Constitution then what is it worth.

Current law on the books gives Sessions power to arrest, try and convict these called sanctuary Governors and Mayors. There are also laws that prevent States from making treaties ala TPP.

We will only have a nice paper to hang on a wall until those that wish to destroy it are hanging on that same wall. That requires real power be used not squandered.
