You will first have to get the dirty hands of the cops, judges and politicians out of it first. Pot got really cheap in Colorado, California and Nevada after they legalized it, right?

Cheap enough, even with taxes, where billions are being spent on the legal product - billions that otherwise would remain in criminal hands. I agree that criminals would be even more effectively defunded if the taxes were lower.
