No, it doesn't - Article I Section 8 enumerates exactly what issues are within the legislature's authority, and intrastate drug matters are absent from that enumeration.

Get out the word then we been had.

This is old news to true conservatives.

You act as if any of this mattered.

The Constitution will always matter to true conservatives.

Then elect a Congress that has at least read it.

Only one other document exceeds it in Wisdom and we ignore that one too.
