if they have legal documents from the INS/ICE then your employees have nothing to fear ...and they know they will not be deported...
but it appears that they know as you know they are here illegally and you should never have employed them...
Tell your customers the cost of their meals will go up because you have to pay hefty fines for breaking the law and employing illegal aliens...

If you go to a Chinese buffet, see who is refilling the hot tables...
The one we used to go to had a table in the back with six sullen looking Mexican fellows in restaurant scrubs.
