So true. Whenever actual leadership was called for, Obama was pathologically passive. The only time he acted was when he could do it sneakily, behind the scenes. Examples, weaponizing the IRS, FEC, the FBI, the CIA, etc. Then others could do Obama’s dirty work, and he had what he took to be plausible deniability.
And he played golf a lot and went on expensive vacations at taxpayer expense, meaning they were paid for by the people who didn’t vote for him.
